I love a tough design challenge. Trust me, I've worked in some seriously complex places.

I've worked across a lot of different sectors but my passion is making digital services work better for people who need them.

Developing content and embedding design within complex organisations comes with its challenges. You need some serious tenacity, resilience and inventiveness to make change happen. A sense of humour and a lot of tea also helps!

What I really love is working with teams, whether they're designers or leaders. Coming together around a problem, sharing learning or finding new ways to overcome challenges is just the best.
