Wrapping up a large-scale digital transformation project, the team was transitioning from product development into 'business as usual' running. This involved an element of devolved publishing and central team work, including content that is directly updated from data stores. It was a complex picture.
The team and its stakeholders needed to see how this could work. I developed these visuals to help with discussions, and got the team involved to make sure they accurately reflected a 'to be' model that would work for them. This helped me and others to present to stakeholders and build wider understanding, which was then solidified as working processes.
