Workshops to align product intention

This discovery project set out to develop a new digital product as part of a wider service around news content. The organisation had a range of intentions for this type of content that were typically not aligned. There was a risk that the new product would not meet the internal requirements stakeholders expected.

I ran a series of workshops with stakeholder groups to get a clear articulation of intention and, importantly, prioritisation. This had not previously been achieved, and was well-received.

Along with generative user research, this work was highly influential in informing the proposal for the next project phase.
